The Ladies Auxiliary is creating a cookbook and they need your recipes, whether they are old family favorites or new recipes, you just discovered and want to share! Their goal is to collect 300 recipes in several categories: appetizers and beverages, soups and salads, vegetables and side dishes, main dishes, breads and rolls, desserts, cookies and candy, and this and that.
Each contributor may submit 10 recipes. The deadline is November 1, 2010 so please act now. The recipes will be printed in a book that will be available for purchase in early 2011.
To submit your recipes, go to the Web site of Typensave, a part of Morris Press Cookbooks; their web address is: www.typensave.com. Simply type your name as the contributor, the group login is wmladiesaux, and the password is tehbm. Another way to submit recipes is to send them to the Ladies Auxiliary by e-mail or regular mail and the Auxiliary will be glad to submit them for you. Your recipes will be personalized with your name, your son’s name, shop, and class year. Remember, the goal of the Ladies Auxiliary is to make life easier for the boys of Williamson.
